If I could give them no stars I would!! This company are ripping off the consumers and now charging a 10.00 administration fee for mailing out a bill and taking a picture of your car and whatever other processing that they want to include to charge you! This absolutely should be reviewed and looked into. You have a toll for 7.00 and being charged an extra 10.00 if they mail you a bill. It's already expensive to ride the tolls and now you want to make the consumer pay even more ridiculous fees! Where does it stop???
What a MESS! Apparently HCTRA purchased TX Tag and my account was not transfered correctly. I then started getting collection notices from central tx regional for tolls and fines with late fees over $220! Ive had nothing but issue with all these toll roads and spent countless hours trying to figure out this mess
We continue to receive collection notices but have never received one actual bill! Why would you send the account straight to collections without giving us an opportunity to pay the actual bill?!!
*UPDATED: commenting for me to send an email but give no email. There is a small section on their website to send a short description of what happened. I have already stated what happened here in this review. The Dropbox options do not address my issues. Again, helpless and at a loss for what to do. I wasn’t able to log in to pay my bill for months. Every time I would enter my invoice number and license plate I would be directed to a page that said there is “no account with the information given”. I would try again and again... read more
