Pepole here are rude
They will rip and charge your bank account immediately, send you a late notice and demand you pay but the moment you need something from them, all bets are off. Makes me want to run for office, so I can dismantle the toll roads. I honestly feel like the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (CTRMA) and its toll roads are a scam. Claims offices are closed on Saturday October 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM but system then goes on to inform me they should have been open till 12 PM!!!
Incompetents. I have money in my account, and they refuse to debit to pay my bill. They are rank amateurs and should not be trusted with a potato peeler.
pathetic. embarrassing as a business or quasi governmental entity. nothing about their entire existence actually functions.
