Created an account, immediately says invalid user name. Go to create another account using said user name yet its already in existence. Cant make this shit up. Then tried to use there automated system and the Ai junk just kept repeating cant hear you, goodbye.
They keep sending me bills for a car that I sold to a dealership over 2 years ago. Also, there's no easy to find option in their website to contact them to fix the problem. They need to update their systems with correct car owner info, make their website easier to navigate, and hire more competent people.
Went to pay a random $8 toll that I had somehow accrued (I have direct withdrawal set up to my tag on the windshield and a replenishing card on file), the payment wouldn’t submit online because of some issue web issue on their end.
