Dr.Joey is nice and responsive. Very relaxing office area and child friendly.
Dr. Joey uses gaming to connect with children. I highly recommend him for his brilliant mind and his beautiful, empathetic heart. He has accommodated me during the worst of times as I try to balance my relationship with my child and my many professional challenges. After working with him I couldn’t help but want to keep him through the length of my son’s journey into adulthood.
Dr Joey is very helpful, kind and patient. I’m grateful to have met him. We love his furry helper too.
After two years of weekly, expensive visits I feel Dr Joey cared more about the money than offering help to a child who desperately needed it. He was experiencing terrible things, and never once felt safe enough with Dr Joey to tell him anything. Empower therapy is a WONDERFUL alternative.
Dr Joey has helped our daughter tremendously with his counseling and play therapy. Very patient and understanding man, with a sense that he listens to her and us with questions and concerns. We have seen a huge difference in her social skills, expressing feelings etc..Would recommend him to anyone looking for a child therapist.
