I read a review of this place before I decided to post my own, and sure enough I’m not the only one. I had MRI taken for my knee about 2 1/2 years ago. Present insurance and paid the difference there in office (as I always do). Well I just so happen to be working on credit building when I see I have a payment go into collections from this place! $41!!! Very disappointed. I was in the ER years ago (Possibly 2019? Cannot remember as it was so long ago), and had a collection go on my record for $610 in May of 2020. Ever since, I have been trying to verify the sum that I 'owe'. Nobody can get me a straight answer, or help my verify this amount. Called the collection agency, and they said they would send over an itemized bill. Never received it. Tried reaching out to San Marcos Medical Imaging. If you are going to put an unknown amount on someones credit, maybe you should help ... read more
This place is awesome...been going for years for my mammograms
I am very displeased with the business practices of this facility! 11 months ago I had to go to the ER. I present my medical insurance during my visit. I've had to provide it again twice including today! I have never received a bill from them and I received an alert from Credit Monitoring today that my credit score had changed! I spoke to them and now I have to wait 30 days before it will be removed from my credit report and the biggest error is now they do not know if they can file it on my insurance!!!
