I had the best experience imaginable at Central Texas Medical Center this month when I had a total hip replacement. Everyone was so professional and attentive and the outcome was excellent! It's hard to have one without the other in my opinion! Thanks CTMC for a great OR experience. Kathleen Clough
Had a surgery procedue they couldnt fix. They sent me to San Antonio stating "complements of CTMC" thinking they were taking care of it. N O T so. I do not think highly of them. Choose Kyle. Better treatment there. Only 5 miles down the road.
Worst place to go to. They push the government assistance insurance. If you say no they give you a attitude and slam doors. Seriously, that’s not how you treat your patients. Plus plan to sit there for over a hour before seeing a nurse or doctor. Never go to this hospital go somewhere else

A big shout out to ER , 3rd flr and -PCU flr nurses . I had a heart attack 2 weeks ago and they were all on it . Thank you to cardio team and Dr . Cedrone y’all all rock!!
very slow ER and ignorant staff! ...I was there in the (very empty) waiting room (4+ hours) to have my son's ear looked at!! rediculas! I will drive to Kyle next time.
In the 10 plus days I've been in ICU visiting, I haven't seen any maintenance crew mopping the floor. Some of the ICU nurses are rude, they laugh and talk about visitors more than they help patients. I waited over 45 minutes to get a nurse to help. They were too busy gossiping and calling it work.
