Great experience having Michael with Central Texas Irrigation check our sprinkler system for leaks and fix issues with the flower bed drip irrigation lines. He came to assess my sprinkler system on a Thursday and promised to provide a quote and come back to fix it on Monday morning. However, I didn't hear anything, so I called him late Monday morning and received a text saying he would call me back shortly. When I didn't hear back, I followed up again late Monday afternoon, but I still haven't received a response to my text or voicemail. While I can’t comment on the quality of his work, his customer service could definitely use some improvement.
