My healthcare provider recommended that I obtain my MRI at this facility. I called ahead and verified my insurance payment and the MRI office staff told me I was 100% covered because I had met my deductible. “Zero cost for today’s exam” was the official terminology used by the office. Take my advice, don't go here. I had a horrible experience with these people. They rarely answer their phones, and they won't return voice messages either. They won't help you get a prior authorization from your insurance company for your procedure, and when you ask for assistance their attitude will be indifference. Do yourself a favor and find another radiology provider.
In July I set up an appt for a CAT scan the first week of Sept when my insurance plan/deductible started over and when I would be going through New Braunfels. I got to the office and there was no appt for me. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars as their cost was a fraction of other places prices and they were very kind about getting me taken care of ASAP.
