This place is quick friendly and the staff is attentive they where very helpful with the boarding process and offered additional programs that might be beneficial towards my over all health
Sent a bill for 254.00 and this was supposed to be covered by the last bill that zeroed out because dr said my insurance was covering it.
Do not recommend. It's nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone in the office. Billing is often wrong. I am being billed the full amount of 3 visits. According to my insurance (Aetna), the office did not submit the claims within the required time frame so Aetna has disapproved them, so now, due to their mistake, Central Texas Diabetes is billing me the entire amount of the 3 visits. I have left 3 voicemails this week and no response. This is not the first time either me or my husband has been over-billed.
I love this place! I was frustrated and upset when I found out I had diabetes. But the Dr and her staff made me feel at ease letting me know that I will be ok and they understood and are very knowledgeable of this disease. I always feel so comfortable when I come for my appointments. They never make me feel stupid when I ask a question. The Dr is very nice and easy to talk to. I recommend this place if are in need of a diabetes Dr! 🙌
