I am not a person to leave a bad review but my husband and I can’t let go of our experience. This was only our second time at this office and the first time was amazing , PA Nichols was so understanding and made us feel valued with answering our questions. The ladies in the front desk, and assistants helping with vitals were amazing though the second time with Dr Priyanka Gupta was not the case at all. The doctor and assistant are knowledgeable but they are very slow when it comes to the allergy shots. The wait is LONG and it’s worse when you see staff just walking back and forth, sitting, or talking while you wait with no acknowledgement or explanation of wait time.
Dr. Gupta was thorough with my child and provided great care. No issues. Administratively, we found it odd there is no patient portal or electronic health records. Being charged $25 dollars for 25 pages of records is odd and borderline excessive. My wife and I are both healthcare professionals and have never seen this. Most practices / practitioners do not create financial barriers to a patients’ own medical information.

I am very pleased with my care. Dr. Gupta is very thorough and answers all your questions. She is very knowable and friendly. It was easy to make an appointment and I didn’t have to wait very long. Adrian, who took my vitals etc. was also very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Dr. Gupta and staff!
