I've been coming here for 14 months now. Night and day difference. I used to suffer from allergies year round. I would get 3 or 4 upper respiratory infection a year. I've had 1 in 14 months and the 1 time I did get sick, they treated me quickly. Very professional and friendly staff. One of the best decisions I've ever made is finally coming here.

Went here back in March & July of this year and received a bill today (mid November) of $691. Mind you my insurance (Curative) says they are providers and are in network so I assumed it was covered. When I spoke with billing she said along the lines of Curative states that we are providers but that contact was never agreed upon so it did not go through insurance…sounds like a scam to me. I paid the bill and while service is good here be careful because even if you are covered they’ll still ask for money.

Dr. Gupta is the reason people lose faith and trust in professional medical care and thus don't seek treatment. It's honestly easier to just suffer than endure an appointment with her. I had a good experience with PA Patel in the office, but I would never recommend Dr. Gupta to anyone. You can live with a condition for several years and she'll speak to you as if she's the primary expert on your (keyword!) lived experience, all with an extremely patronizing tone. I hope this review helps some people make a decision before making an appointment. This place is not transparent about costs or billing. At my first visit, I was told to pay a $300 copay upfront. Two months later, I received another bill for $262 because my insurance “didn’t cover everything.” When I asked what the cash price would’ve been if I had skipped insurance altogether, they said $350 total. After decades of allergy issues, I was referred to Central Texas Allergy. After testing revealed I was allergic to about everything in Central Texas, Dr Gupta prescribed a treatment protocol at the first part of this year. The past 6 months have been the best of my life where the allergies are concerned. Being a very outdoor person, I can spend all day in the yard, a field, etc, and not feel allergic effects.
