I didn't even make it to my initial consult. When scheduling I was told that my deductible had to be met BEFORE my Specialty Co-Pay would begin. The staff stated they contacted my insurance to confirm, however when I called my insurance company they confirmed within 3 minutes that the visit WAS COVERED under the Specialty Co-Pay. I then looked at reviews and this seems to be a common theme with this office. Don't go here. They are deceiving. They will tell you that your testing will be completely covered by your insurance and then send you a bill for $850. A standard allergy test is around $300 elsewhere and that is with self pay. I asked them for a copy of the documents that I signed and they would never provide them. STAY AWAY!!!
