Receptionists are nice and easy to talk to, answer all your questions. The PA my daughter saw I think was Cody a young man with much knowledge, treated my daughter & I respectfully, was so nice, soft spoken and gave us a perfect care plan for my daughter. I’m glad so far my daughter goes here I’ve never had issues with them so far and have been treated with all respect.
I’ve had an appointment for two weeks and already filled out my pre-patient information prior to my appointment and a lady calls me at 3:40 the day before my appointment and said they do not accept my insurance. This could have been avoided with better front office procedures! Unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
Hi it's Lindsay and I am back but probably in a way that you don't want me to be. I came in there a few months ago with two severe cases including mine and my daughters. Dr. Richards was fantastic after my son's tonsillectomy! He said to call with any concerns and when we called he was extremely responsive and even allowed us to text him to keep him updated throughout the day. We are so grateful for his care!
