They do not return calls for appointments or schedule follow ups you have to chase them down. Office feels understaffed. Hearing aids were returned from trial and received no follow up. Met with Jason Mattern PA-C for a different issue. He was aloof, passive aggressive, and indifferent. Patients are an annoyance. Rescheduling with Vanderbilt.
I was able to get an appointment stat. The receptionist was friendly and professional. She signed me in very quickly without delay. The lady that tested my hearing was kind and professional. She explained everything perfectly. The NP what great and thorough. I have to say this crew has the best bedside manner I have experience in Clarksville. The location is convenient and the office is clean and well kept. I highly recommend this team.
Cody is amazing. He is very professional, well spoken and is really good at his job. It’s very rare that you see someone go above and beyond. Very impressed!!
Dr. Richards usually has 2 to 3 staff members witnessing you going in and out for procedures. I am a fundamentalist Christian and from anxiety and depression as many as the Old Testament prophets did Dr. Richards engage me one day in a conversation about transcendental meditation I objected to that because I am a Christian and I try to cast all my cares upon the Lord And trust God’s providence and intervention will open and closed doors.
