After 16 months of going back and forth with Central Systems regarding an overpayment, I took them to court and the judge made them refund me the overpayment. Not only did the judge award me the overpayment, but demanded Central Systems pay me that day before 4pm or get a judgment against them. Needless to say, I got my money after 4pm, but at least I received the money Central Systems owed me and refused to acknowledge.
We were suppose to get 2 key pads. The installer had trouble installing one so they were to come back. I called a week later and they said I would have to pay 375 for the second one. This company is polite when you sign but afterwards they are extremely rude and will not work with you. It is their way or the high way.
