I was really impressed by and thankful for the care I received from the medical staff at Central Sydney Private Hospital. Notably Mark and Julian who both eased my worries and concerns and ensured I was comfortable for my surgery. I was anxious for my op, and the staff turned the whole process into an absolute breeze! Highly recommend. Thanks so much everyone.
Adding another 5-star review for the hospital as I was so happy with my care from the hospital staff! Mark and Julian especially, were both very calming and made my whole experience and first surgery a totally stress-free one.
The receptionist at the front desk is very rude and dismissive. I came by asking for help to be directed to the right building for Douglas Hanly Pathology she’s just yelling at me that the address is on the counter. I advised her that’s the same address I have and am trying to get to and my maps directed me to her and If she could help direct to the right direction. Again just yelling at me. The reception/administration desk on level 5 are really hard to communicate with. Poor English language skills and they’re extremely rude
