I am an anaesthetist, and a month ago I contacted Central Sydney Cardiology, to liaise with a cardiologist regarding one of his private patients. I have never encountered a receptionist who was more rude and unhelpful. She had absolutely no interest in the purpose of the call, could not wait to hang up.
