I want to support local I really do. They have a good selection but the service is lacking. One guy in particular just looks at you like you're crazy, will ask you to pay and leave rather than actually help you with anything. Don't come here if you don't know much about plumbing. Surprisingly I have gotten better help from Home Depot and Ace.
This is the best plumbing shop in Hilo, they are always super helpful and knowledgeable. They have gone out of their way to make sure everything is great.
The owners nephew helped us and was very knowledgeable and thought outside the box to help us solve our plumbing problem.
