This place on the inside is one of the cleanest wearhouses I've ever been to. Very friendly and pleasant, unloading was very fast will be back just to look at the inside. If your coming north of OBT you will have to circle around to back in dock door. Space is decent but to save yourself sometime .
Just spoke with Marilyn about a bracket that was broken sometime before we ever purchased our home in DeLand. Since the part (a "trash pull-out bracket") was broken by the previous homeowners, I had no expectation other than ordering the part in question and replacing it myself when it came in. However, Marilyn contacted her rep in the field, set up an appointment that was convenient for me to have him replace the bracket, and told me that there would be no charge.
