So let me explain to everyone how bad and trash this credit union is. It already has predatory rates but has some of the worst Employees. I’ve talked to about 5 different reps because they all decided to hang up in my face except Rodney all because I’m trying to get information. I work for a corporate company and if I hang up in these people faces like dogs they would fire me on the spot. Customer service is very important.
