Horrible 1st experience at this cold storage and likely the last! I booked a load past the original appointment time, so obviously I didn't expected to get loaded in 30 min... After I checked in, they demanded $100 fee before they start loading, the broker paid the fee with a Comcheck and they put me on a standby for a door. After 3 hours, I went back to the office to explain them that, I might not be able to make my delivery if they continue to hold me. I was told that this is their policy.
