Just got off the phone with these guys trying to work with them for the first time, person I talked to I believe his name was Evan. What an jerk. From the get go was confrontational and seemed annoyed I was asking about the process of ordering material (again I've never worked with this company before). Couldn't wait to get me off the phone. Would 100% not recommend

Whoever said this place has good customer service must work here. Absolutely abysmal service here. It took over an hour just to place an order at the desk. Went to pick it up later in the week, and sat in my truck in the warehouse for almost 2 hours before someone finally came over and asked if I needed help. The warehouse workers couldn’t be bothered. You’re invisible to them.

I worked with Central Steel for more than 10 years and for most of that time had a very positive experience. I especially want to recognize Ed Sanders (inside sales) and Ron Morin (outside sales), who were always great to work with and represented the company well. Unfortunately, over the last year, I experienced several incidents involving other employees that I felt were unnecessarily rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional.
