Had these guys put 3split units in 4years ago and have had issues with 1 every summer since they have installed them... call them every year to come fix it and every single time it has taken them 6 to 8 weeks before they even show up to look at them... nice people but very horrible service...
I called these guys and spoke with Ron. I called them to get help with my new furnace, to help figure out why it is making a strange smell, he recommended I contact the builder to help with the repair so the warranty will cover the repair costs. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He could have easily scheduled a visit, come and checked out my furnace and billed me, but he was honest and very cool and once again recommended i contact the builder, saving me $$
