Excellent customer service- great products, fair pricing and the owner and staff are very attentive and accomodating.
Nice at first then ya mention you can get discount online then not so nice funny sell the same scooter but can't match prices I was gonna buy n finance a $5000 scooter until Nigel said I didn't make him all warm n fuzzy inside all because I asked if he gave discount online n pretty sad when ya know more about scooter warranty then they do when all ya gotta do is call the manufacturer n find out that was my experience

Open on Saturdays! Thank you, Nigel! While traveling far away from home, we woke up in our hotel to the smell of a very hot wheelchair battery that instead of charging overnight, went rogue and blew up. Saturday morning in Des Moines and a flight out on Sunday. I was majorly stressed. HAPPILY, Central States Mobility is OPEN on Saturdays from 10-2.
