I had a heart transplant and was on Federal disability and they could not have made the process more difficult. I was in the hospital one week out of transplant surgery trying to email my bank to get them involved which I had to do multiple times. They only paid a fraction of what they should have. Worst insurance company I ever worked with. The only reason they get one star is because it would let me post without it.

We took this insurance out on a car loan. As soon as we needed to use it not only did they try and bury us with paperwork, once it was all submitted and there was no other way out for them to not pay they simply canceled the policy.

When you buy a car they offer great insurance. You think, wow this would be great if I was out of work. Sign your name and pay. It’s that easy. When you actually need the help they make you jump threw hoops! My mom is on FMLA and not one payment has been paid. She’s sent so much paperwork while being disabled it’s ridiculous and all the money spent on faxing documents. In my opinion it’s not worth the hassle and a waste of money.
