This place is the best! Scott and the other coaches work hard to make everyone feel welcomed and create a family feel. They ensure that everyone receives individual help and training, which works to increase confidence in your workout!! Central state crossfit is the ideal place to get a great workout in while building a community of friendly faces each day!
Loved being a member here! Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Scott and all the coaches are so encouraging and helpful, always making sure things are being done well and safely! So glad I found this gym, going to class if often the best part of the day!
Have dropped in a few times when visiting family. They are awesome! Scott and Mitch are great coaches. Looking forward to visiting again.
This gym is awesome! A great fun environment for all levels of fitness, its a great place to start your journey in fitness or to continue to push yourself harder than before. The community is great and this gym is the best part of my day!
