Let me first start off by saying I’ve been a raving customer for the last 4 years. I had my auto loan through them and they have been extremely easy to work with. Because of this, I convinced my husband to refi his truck with them as we could save on interest and they are so easy to work with. I sent in all the refi paperwork, we were approved and all was dandy. RecommendedBRWARE NOT JUST IF YOUR A FEMALE OR CHILD, but this ... guy (maybe....) is DANGEROUS TO OUR COMMUNITY IF YIUR IN THE B STREET AREA CROSS MAIN OR YOU HO TO “Main Street Burger” this guy will hack into any open WiFi he can get to .. so were in this neck of the woods & something went wrong or an image pop up on your phone take it in BENITO HERNANDEZ aka Ben Jr. Hernandez is DANGEROUS!!

No. I was trying to reinstate my account and was told I couldn’t. I asked several questions as into why I couldn’t and the teller didn’t have answers. For every question I asked she made a phone call, and still didn’t have an answer for me. I’ve banked with central state for a long time and I just want to say that the girls at the March/ElDorado branch have no idea what they are doing and need training. I think the staff at the San Andreas office provide outstanding service. I have noticed the restroom has a sign which is NOT OSHA compliant. I would also like to know why a OUT OF ORDER sign is on a restroom??? Does't the CU have enough money to FIX the problem?? Now there is the same sign on the change machine. I think the OUT OF ORDER sign should be placed on the managers door since that joker is OUT OF ORDER.....no confidence....
Poor customer service. People stand in line with only 1 or 2 windows open. That is rude, rude. I lost money in the ATM and they refused to reimburse me the full amount so I figure their system must be out dated.

Downtown branch has the best service el dorado branch started off Rocky so I started going downtown, worth the drive. Thank you ladies keep up the good work
