I'm usually anxious at the Dentist but the staff is great at this practice. All of the professionals at this office are top notch. The office is spotless and Dr. Vanmarter is attentive, professional and considerate.
Frequent staff turnover, rude staff. Answers phone with "hello?!" rather than an intro. Dropped all medicaid patients (can they even do that?) yet still isn't taking new patients. Only reason I tried making an appointment was because I was a patient.
Went in for a cleaning and needed some fillings taken care of before some surgery I was having and they were able to fit me in a couple hours later to do the fillings! Very nice and made me feel comfortable
If I could give zero stars I would. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism from a dental facility in my life. My husband’s insurance is very limited when it comes to dental care so we landed with this one. I made an appointment for him about six months ago that was scheduled for early November. I just get a call to say oh, sorry we no longer take his insurance!! Are you kidding me!! If this is how they handle administrative issues can you imagine how they handle dental. This is a great dental office. They are all very friendly. Tammy is the best hygentist I have ever had. I recently had a crown. I was very nervous but Lexi immediately had me relaxed with her kindness. Lexi and Dr. Mark VanMarter were excellent. I would highly recommend them all.
