There will be weeks that goes by with no work being done on the business roads between towns going over deadline. They bite off more than they can chew and seems like they are using less than adequate equipment around Bismarck-Mandan and out west on i94
The Diamond Lake project in Kandiyohi County was a complete disaster. The foreman and some of the employees were disrespectful to residents. Vehicles were damaged because of the terrible road conditions. I highly doubt this company will work for our county again.
no communication with employees. upper management will not stand up to one dickhead of a foreman he ran off at least 20-25 employees in the short 2 1/2 months I worked there!!! dont do it

Central Specialties, Inc. website states “We take pride in the reputation we have built for providing responsive customer service." The company or its employees stole enormous petrified cypress stumps dating back 60 million years. Petrified stumps were loaded up on a semi flatbed, apparently to be shipped to Minnesota employees of the highway contractor. 13 petrified pieces were removed from the site without even contacting the state of ND.
