We are travelling Australia and while we were in Darwin my sore shoulder got much worse to the point of tears and nothing was working. I found Dr Sharland at this clinic and managed to get an appointment. What a wonderful doctor so kind, caring and compassionate - his diagnosis and referred treatment was SO good. I had a number of visits with him and each time i was so very happy. Thanks so much for you help Dr Sharland so greatly appreciated.
I understand that doctors can have delays, but a call to inform this will be much appreciated. I arrived at 2:35 for my 2:45 appointment. The receptionist told me that the doctor will arrive at 3:15 and he had 3 patients to see before me. I couldn't wait and now the next available appointment is in one month... A call on time to re-schedule could help patients to decide without wasting their times on a waiting room
