Went looking for one of their products (Boa Vida lotion) on Amazon and struck out, so I took a chance and called. Even though they don’t really deal with individual customers, they took the time to help me and couldn’t have been kinder about it. It’s rare to reach real people who genuinely care about being helpful. The product is excellent, but the experience stuck with me even more. Really appreciated!
