UNRELIABLE. I placed an order on a Wednesday for delivery on the following Friday morning. I get a call Friday morning that they “miscounted” my order and were only able to deliver 2/3 of it, and would it be “OK” if they delivered the rest on Saturday. I explained that a contractor was scheduled to install the sod that day, and that I needed the entire order Friday. Fast service, fair prices and friendly people.
The sod and the customer service were subpar. Had the sod delivered on a Wednesday, installed it on Saturday morning and almost half of it was brown at install. No amount of water or fertilizer would bring it back, even after two weeks. Contacted customer service and was told that since it wasn’t installed within 24 hours of delivery, they wouldn’t offer a refund, new sod, or any assistance. Of course, nothing on their website, in the emails, or in the texts noted that this was their policy. What a waste of almost $500.
