Terrible service all around with this company. Transformer was replaced and quit working after 2 weeks. Here we are 6 months later and can't even get an honest answer on when they will fix it. They are honestly just waiting for the warranty to expire before working on fixing the problem. As a business owner I understand problems come up and we have to all deal with unexpected situations. That shouldn't give you an excuse to blow off customers on warranty work.
Craig and the team at Central signs are amazing, they met all my needs and managed to bring the the most beautiful sign to our new office under our time frame! If you are looking for excellent craftsmanship and incredible customer service look no more just call them, I'm glad I did!
