This place is beyond unprofessional, I work for a dealership and the Agency was contacted with at least an hour and a half before closing as one of our customers needed to add a car onto their policy. customer was on the phone with an agent for 30 minutes assuming that the changes were being made, we were informed that they needed information from us via email provided all the info asked for payment method from the customer.
