Worst POS in Westchester. Called about a custom screen door... 1. They are never open and have horrible hours. 2. Got put on hold and hung up on when I called about getting an estimate. 3. Pretty sure they blocked my number bc my calls just ring and disconnect since that call magically dropped. I was not rude. The last words were... Let me see if so and so has the measurements for your door... And CLICK. No answer ever again. I would pay double to never deal with these lowlives. They will be out of business and I will toast ... read more

Stopped by to see about fixing a storm door handle on a door we bought from Central Shade & Glass over a decade ago. The staff took a look and gave me the missing pieces I needed free of charge. They even remembered my Mom who originally ordered the door from them! Great customer service from this local Yonkers business!

I have been a customer of Central shade for many years. It is a long standing family run business. I have replaced windows, purchased and installed shower doors and window treatments over the years. Recently I purchased and repaired sliding door treatments. Teddy and Pauline are always practical and helpful. They carry the best manufacturers so I always have great choices for my home projects. Don’t hesitate go see them.
