I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience here compelled me to. During a recent oil change at a shop that will not be named (rhymes with "Mr Tube") I was told that the brake pads and rotors on my wife's SUV were in "DESPERATE" need of replacing, and was given a fairly high quote. I decided to get a second quote with Central Service Auto, and I am so glad I did.
