This amazing local business has owners/staff who are friendly and honest. They don’t have a fancy waiting room with a big-screen tv and free cappuccinos. They don’t have a driving service: so walk home and get your steps in while they work on your vehicle :) What they DO have, is exactly what everyone wants and needs from their local garage: competence, honesty and trustworthiness. I always leave laughing at their jokes with only the work that my car actually needed, at a lower price than anywhere else.
These guys are amazing. Brought in my car that was having a knocking issue. They identified the problem, but informed me that the parts looked new and suggested I check when the parts were last replaced, as they may still be under warranty. Which I did, and found out that they were indeed still under warranty. So now I’m heading back to that other shop to have the job done, again. Which saved me well over $1000 in parts. I was travelling to Niagara from Toronto, and suddenly heard an eerie, rattling noise coming from under the car. I called the nearest mechanic and even though they just closed, they said they would fix the broken part. In less than 5 minutes they fixed it and relieved all of my stress. Excellent customer service!
Great friendly and Beyond helpful and upstanding . Helped us out of a real predicament and couldnt be more thankful . Would recommend to anyone . Thank you again
