I visited Public Storage in Mililani recently as I needed to take care of my elderly father’s belongings. Obtaining access to his unit was very straightforward, and the staff were able to cut the lock for me before I left Hawaii. Brenda is a superstar - she is incredibly sweet, helpful, and was a joy to work with, even during an otherwise sad and difficult trip. I look forward to visiting again in a few months.

Yesterday 7/14 around noon, I ran into your employee Arizza (?) told her I couldn’t get my door open, my bin on the side was obstructing and could not slide up. She came and push the door up as far as it went, stuck her head under and managed to unhook the lip of the bin and the door went up! She was so patient and courteous at the same time. She should b employee of the month! Thank you! 5 stars to her, I want to acknowledge her excellence in customer service! She made my day. DANCETTE KIM Happy customer in #1522
