Yesterday 7/14 around noon, I ran into your employee Arizza (?) told her I couldn’t get my door open, my bin on the side was obstructing and could not slide up. She came and push the door up as far as it went, stuck her head under and managed to unhook the lip of the bin and the door went up! She was so patient and courteous at the same time. Had a little shock when they were going to raise my storage fee. However I went in and Renee, I hope I spelled her name right, was able to help me keep my rate as is. Super fast service and good communication!
The customer service was excellent. I always enjoy going in because I’m greeted with a warm welcoming smile and she is eager to help with any issue that comes up. I live on the west side and the only reason I keep that storage unit is because of the customer service I receive
