Public Storage in Platte city is one of the best storage unit’s I have ever used. It is always so clean. The landscaping look so wonderful. The manager, Brianna is always so wonderful to talk to and has great communication skills. I would definitely recommend using this facility if you ever need to store your belongings this is a very trusted facility.
This PS has a world class staff. I worked with the PS online/phone team and reserved two lovers. My brother and I moved across the country and found the lovers were far apart from each other. Bree agreed to help me and adjusted my reservations so the lockers were side by side. She made all the difference in unloading with a plan and unloading into chaos. She and all I’ve met were kind, compassionate, and always willing to listen to my conversations. I truly liked moving into this PS, Bree made all the difference.
