8/20/2026. I need to edit my review. Following my first year, my rent went up 36%. I can understand a 3-7% increase, but 36%?! I called a corporate number they had listed because Bri's hands are tied. There's nothing she can do about it. The guy I spoke with was very rude and actually condescending. Well, 9 months later it went up another 29%! That was the final straw. I'm now on the waiting list for two other places. Once they have an opening, I'll be leaving Public Storage.
