We have purchased security through this company for many,many years. The service they provide was perfect. Up until a year ago. Now when my alarm goes off they are supposed to call your home to see if you are in need of police or emergency services within seconds. But in the last year, they have literally STOPPED CALLING!! They need to improve their service with all of the home security systems that are out there now! BYE! BYE! Central Security!
