Just want to give a huge thank you and shout out to Marcin and Dylan from CSD. They have hugely helped me out with rapid response times for changing and re-directing freight items as well as general support for everything.
CSD doesn’t seem to have any regard for client relationships. They only care about the sale. Would strongly recommend going elsewhere if possible.
As an end user, of the Inner-Range products supplied by CSD, I'm surprised at the high star rating. There are virtually no technicians to support my product. They do have installers who can't (or won't) support older product, preferring to sell new systems. There is nothing wrong with my system, as a matter of fact it's been a faultless system, however, the parroted excuse is "if something was to go wrong, we don't have parts any more."
