I don't usually write reviews, but Central Security really impressed me from start to finish. I spoke with Armando about the issue with my home alarm and he quickly walked me through resetting everything over the phone. When that didn't solve the issue, he setup a time to visit my home, communicated effectively, and arrived right on time. Armando was an absolute lifesaver! An old ADT Security Alarm in my home was accidentally armed and I was unable to disarm it as I didn't have the passcode. I reached out to Centeal Security and Armando walked me through steps to disarm it over the phone. After assisting me with successfully disarming the alarm, he provided me with some very useful advice on how to resolve this issue should it happen again.
