I called CSS to place an order for a pallet of ice-melt as we had our first winter storm that day and we were unprepared. The gentleman I spoke with (Dyl, I believe) was very courteous and helped me submit my order quickly. Imagine my surprise when the ice-melt arrived the very next day, even though I was given a 3-day delivery ETA! This was not my first order, nor will it be my last. Thank you CSS, you guys are ON IT!!
