Loved working with Alice and everyone at Central San Rafael Storage! When I originally called their sister property, they referred me to Central San Rafael Storage location for my needs with two units. Friendly, professional, and attentive. 100% positive experience and I was delighted with the top notch customer service (a rarity these days!) Reasonably priced, clean new units, safe with cameras everywhere. Definitely recommend and would store here again.
Clean well maintained storage building with large elevators
I stopped by Central Rafael Storage yesterday to rent a storage space and was warmly greeted by Alice ( the property manager). She was very pleasant, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. The facility itself is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Great customer service and a smooth experience overall!
