I've been going Michelle for almost 20 years. She's the type of stylist I can say "surprise me" and it's always exactly what I didn't know I wanted in a hairstyle. Heidi, Delilah, Dawn......they all have been fantastic to hang out with. Don't let a bad review fool you. Give them a try.
I had a very disappointing experience here due to the poor customer service. One of the female staff members was incredibly rude and unprofessional in the way she spoke to customers. It’s a shame because it makes the business feel like a waste of money.
Delilah did an amazing job getting me out of the door before I'll ever have a haircut at this establishment... A hat-trick (you could say) - clammering rudely when asking Heidi's availability and assuming it was about her, stroking their own ego by quoting her lengthy appointment schedule, and dismissing a prospective client by pretending not to have sticky notes and waving me off... It's ok, I can hold enough eye contact with human beings to give a wave back while I bid farewell to ever stepping inside this business again..... read more
