Central Saanich Optometry sent me this link to share my expierence from my appointment with them. I would say that most everything was very good with the exception of their "Reservation System". They sent me at least 3 requests to confirm the time and date of my appointment which was to start at 12:30 pm. I confirmed the appointment but to my surprise when I got there at 12:20 pm the door was locked and the sign on the door said that the "Office is CLOSED FOR LUNCH FROM 12:00 NOON UNTILL 12:45 pm. His was my first appointment and. I found Dr Neumann to be extremely thorough and caring!
I couldn’t be more impressed with the service and knowledge I received for my son. I went for a second opinion after some concerns with his first appointment elsewhere and Dr. Florence was absolutely incredibly with my son. He is on the spectrum and struggles to sit still. She was able to keep him entertained and had his full attention the entire time and he was able to focus on the exam.
