Orlando just cleaned our carpet and he did a great job. He was very honest about what he could or couldn't achieve cleaning our carpet. Gladly his knowledge and products took out some tough stains and our carpet looks great!!! I am so pleased! He was on time - actually running ahead of time so he got here early! His working time frame was spot on and there isn't a nicer young man representing this company. I already scheduled for him to return in a few months! Thank you Orlando and Rug Wash for a job well done!
