Derrick Roy was project manager for 2 roofing jobs I had done. First roof was a 3 car garage. (back in the fall of 23) Due to straight line winds and a large limb that damaged the roof, it had to be repaired and shingled. Tyler Moran from Central Roofing was by far the most thorough, identifying and taking pictures (complete with chalk circles) of everything from hail damage to rusty nails to loose siding. He then worked with me when the insurance adjuster came by, went through all the damages in detail, and probably played a significant role in the insurance payout I received.
