This is a fantastic gym. The only thing it lacks is a bar in the gym for a post-workout beer. Manny at the front desk provided most excellent service. The communal chalk was really nice, since i was visiting from out of town. The grades are tricky if you follow the intended beta they are sandbagged if you know how to route read / beta break they are honest leaning toward soft. Over all i had a great time and highly encourage anyone to drop by and get a good sesh in.
This place was awesome. The staff was incredible. They showed us the ropes and checked back in several times. We had 3 athletic kiddos with us and all the experienced climbers and staff took time to show them tricks and give tips to conquer some of the more difficult climbs. Everything was clean, we stayed for about 4 hours and they probably spent 3 of it cleaning. We would definitely visit again if we’re back in the area.
Had a great experience from the moment I walked in and was helped by Manny. He is such a nice person and it was a pleasure meeting him. He went above and beyond to help me and my family with checking him and helping us out.
genuinely best climbing gym i’ve ever been to. aside from the multiple free chalk stations, the included weight room/gym, along with the diversity of levels and amenities in this building, the staff are amazing, friendly, and super welcoming and knowledgeable. Thank you central rock gym for an amazing experience!
