What a lovely vet! We came for a difficult appointment and Dr. Sylvia was kind, gentle and caring. I will be bringing my cats here from now on.
I am absolutely disgusted with this vet! My friend brought her cat in and Dr. Sylvia did blood work and claimed it was ear mites! You check the ears! Charged my friend $600 and sent her home. No change in her cat. My friend took her cat back and the vet kept him overnight to observe, which I doubt happened. Once again sent her home with no diagnosis, no paperwork and prescribed Prednisone. Another $400! She just had to rush her cat to Fairfield Animal Hospital in Kelowna today.
