We recently stayed in one of the units operated by Central Reservations of Mammoth, and we had the most miserable time in the unit. At first glance, it seemed like a nice unit, arriving late at night, it was hard to tell all of the issues that arose from the get go. In the morning, however, when we went to make breakfast, we noticed the oven was left atrociously dirty. I had a terrible experience with Central Reservations of Mammoth. I had to cancel my reservation due to a family medical emergency—my father suffered a heart attack, and we had no choice but to change our plans. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to offer any refund or even a partial credit. I understand cancellation policies, but most reputable companies make exceptions for genuine emergencies. We have been renting condos in Mammoth for over 30 years & Central Reservations of Mammoth is our favorite company. They have a variety of condos, manage their units very well & are quick to respond to any issues or questions we might have.
So this guy with the Central Reservations of Mammoth on the side of his car sure doesn’t know what it means when you driving with your company logo! So much for promoting your business! We were at the main intersection in town and the light turned green, for literally 2 seconds, the car to my left hadn’t even passed me yet, and this guy behind starts blasting his horn for me to go.
