Positive experience with Central Reservations for booking OC stay over NYE. Be aware that the key situation could be improved. For a condo that sleeps 11, only two garage fobs are provided. For the condo door itself two sets of keys are provided. One key for the deadlock and one key for doorknob lock, with each key on a separate ring.

OWNERS BEWARE! Don't waste your time listing with these people. They have zero marketing ability or understanding on how to list a new property. It was excuse after excuse. After getting sucked into a 6 week rental agreement, they were only able to rent for 2-1/2 weeks! We lost out on thousands of rental income. Terrible experience all around. A rinky dink operation.
Had a great trip and stay at Makai off of 42nd street. Great place lots of things to do inside the building or close by. Short walk to the beach. Definitely would stay here again!
