My wife and I rented a townhome in a nice Ocean City, MD community, but it was in rough shape—unfinished walls, broken furniture, and even black mold. We contacted Central Reservations, and they immediately moved us to a much better (and more expensive) house at no extra cost. Your kindness towards my family has been outstanding. We were planning for this trip for months, and when we drove into your community, I was reminded of a Hallmark movie: the tree-lined streets and cute townhouses were adorable!! However, when we entered the unit and saw the condition, we were dismayed. Our rental was DISGUSTING. So dirty and overall unkempt. Ripped up, stained carpet in the closets (they stink), broken headboard in the master bedroom. Master bedroom bed unmade when we arrived. Broken kitchen sink faucet. Filthy curtains. Floors unswept and un-mopped. Walls are filthy. Just arrived and I don’t even want to sleep here.
