Called me to say a generator was available. Arrived 15 minutes later and they had given it away to online customer. Didn't seem to give a hoot.
My son rented the large 19" stump grinder. Central Rental failed to tell us about the wheel locks hidden deep within the double wheels. One wheel was not locked so the unit got stuck on the slightest soft ground. After several hours of fighting the machine we found the torn and oily manual that explained the wheel locks. After locking both wheels the machine moved through typical back yard terrain as expected.
Rental went great. I had an issue with my hearing apparently and arrived after closing for my drop off. I emailed and received a response later in the evening and they had a solution for me immediately. Im very grateful they took the time, and were willing to help me out the way they did. Highly recommend this business

Seriously impressed with how they maintain their equipment. Worked for a company that often rented from cheaper places to save a buck, and I thought stump grinders were just horrible to use. Then tried one from here and it took out stumps like they were soft butter. So it goes without saying, but I will anyway, knowledgable and attentive staff. Great job central rental 👏.
