I’m extremely disappointed with the way my wife was treated by staff at Central Recreation Center. She was denied a refund under circumstances that were unfair and not clearly explained. A staff member named David handled the situation and was completely unprofessional in his communication and attitude. This is not the kind of service we expect from a community-focused facility. We will be reconsidering whether to return, and I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue properly.
The manger David was extremely rude and unprofessional. He refused to give me back my refund knowing the water was contaminated And the swimming area was closed and he did not say that before I purchased the tickets for my kids . The family in front of us was also upset and received a refund, but he refused to give me one . He just laughed with his other coworker. Do not recommend!!!
It is one of the newest additions to the second-largest City in Colorado the municipality of Aurora!
Too much chlorine or chemicals in the water, loss of smell when I returned home, everything else is fine
